Gosh, there isn’t enough room on this paper to say how useful Yoga Therapy has been for me.  Honestly, this was the first time I felt a practitioner (of any healing practice) has seen and approached me as an entire being, complications and all, instead of only seeing the one thing they are trying to “fix”.  Because of that, not only did I learn a ton, find tools to help some of the issues, and start to feel less pain (on many levels) I also learned how to communicate better with doctors and other health practitioners on how to approach me (and others like me) for better results.   Yoga Therapy has helped me across the spectrum - my PTSD, depression and anxiety, my trauma triggers, sleep issues, mobility issues, disability symptoms and even things like my very complex and rare medical issues have improved in some way thanks to the Yoga Therapy.
