I am a certified Yoga Therapist, (C-IAYT) and experienced educator, (M.Ed). I have been a Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Therapist in the Grand Forks, N.D. area since 2018. Using my extensive understanding of the human body and psyche, I aim to ease your pain, anxiety and increase mobility to the body, giving you added strength, as well as stillness and peace in the mind.
The road of yoga is endless. For me, it started by learning to heal my own chronic back pain after a car accident. My journey has taken me to the Himalayan Mountains of India for yoga teacher training to upstate New York for Yoga Therapy intensive learning and certification.
I will teach you how Yoga Therapy embraces the power of the breath and yogic practices of asana, mudras, mantras and intention. Let me guide you how to reduce your anxiety and slow down your mind. Together, we can reduce your suffering.
